The Beach of Omoa. Have a look at this little boy who is playing with his monkey. Aren't they qute?

The Omoa beach is also good for playing soccer and swimming. It is situated in a bay, so the waves are mostly very small.

The Spanish Fortress at Omoa is really huge. Look also at the incredible assortment of canonballs.

La Ceiba has a more famous beach, though Omoa, in my opinion, is better for bathing. On the beach I found a nice pelican.

Tela also has a fine beach though the water is likely to be colder (only about 27 degrees Celsius) because unlike Omoa it is not in a bay.

San Pedro Sulais the industrial centrum of Honduras. Here a typical home in the city.

Playing children are to be seen every where in Honduras (here in San Pedro Sula, close to the railway-track).
